A 15 minute RESISTANCE BAND WORKOUT to sculpt and strengthen your full body. Today I’ll be using a 20 lb band, but please use whichever resistance level suites you best. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. This is an all-standing routine which means it’s wrist-friendly. So let’s get sculpting!
