People who are depressed could lessen their symptoms by 47% through aerobic exercise. If you do aerobic exercise at least 3 times each week, you will experience a decline in the symptoms of depression by up to 47% after 12 weeks. In reality, exercise is not just about working off energy. It is also about regulating emotions and cognitive abilities.  Put a smile on your face an exercise.
