There is no Secret when it comes to nutrition & weight loss. Short-term diets may help you lose weight, but they are hard to keep up and may even be unhealthy in the long run. Good nutrition doesn’t come in a vitamin pill. Your body benefits the most from eating healthy, whole foods. Add routine strength training and cardio to the mix and watch the weight come off. You just have to stick with it.
