I’m Wallace Merriman, founder of You Be Fit.
For over 20 years, I’ve worked almost exclusively with women navigating physical change — particularly in midlife.
What I’ve seen again and again is this:

My role is to help you understand what your body is communicating — and guide you toward a smarter, steadier path forward.
