My Story. My Mission.

Hi, I’m Wallace Merriman.

For over 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching women through some of the most challenging and transformative stages of life, including perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause.

I may be a man, but I’ve dedicated my career to deeply understanding the unique struggles women face in midlife. From sleepless nights and stubborn weight gain to the frustration of doing “everything right” but still not feeling like yourself, I’ve heard it all, and I’ve helped women move past it.


Why I Coach Women

Too often, women are dismissed or told to “just diet harder” or “accept it.” That never sat right with me. Women deserve more. Real support, clear strategies, and someone who truly listens.

As a Female Body Transformation Coach, former U.S. Army Master Fitness Trainer, and Certified Fitness Nutritionist, I’ve worked with thousands of women in midlife. I combine proven methods with empathy and understanding so women can feel strong, confident, and supported while making real, lasting change.
