The best part is – you don’t have to go to the gym to work with a personal trainer.
I will get you the results, hold you accountable and TEACH you the how and why behind every exercise in the comfort of your own home and on your clock!
Fitness Assessment (Individual)
Body Fat Percentage, Circumference Measurements, Movement Assessment, Postural Assessment, Flexibility Testing, Strength Testing, Cardiovascular Testing. Please allow 90 minutes for a full fitness assessment.
Personal Training using a Mobile App
When we are away, you will also have access to a Trainerize mobile app, which offers numerous tools that help you keep track of workouts, nutrition, and stats as well as links to video demonstrations all right on your mobile device. From there, you can decide if you want basic program designs that fit your specific goals and needs or more advanced programs that include more accountability and guidance along the way.
We will communicate in person and also through video, email, and other forms of message, clients keep track of their training, nutrition, and stats on the app, and we always follow up.
I think one of the biggest take-aways for me as a trainer, is the awesome connection between trainer and client that online training offers. I don’t just see a client once or twice a week and send them on their way, we stay connected.
Personal Training (Individual)
I offer one hour and 60-minute private personal training sessions. Please contact me for pricing.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For the convenience of my clients, my training time slots are prearranged and scheduled in advance. Because of this, I adhere to a strict cancellation policy. I operate on a scheduled appointment basis for all sessions and require the client provide 24 hours notice when canceling an appointment. No charge will be levied should the client cancel with more than 24 hours notice and the client reschedules within (1) week of canceled session. If the client does not reschedule, the client will be charged half of the session fee. If the client cancels with less than 24 hours notice, the client will be charged in full. No-shows will be charged the full session rate. The client must understand that all canceled sessions should be rescheduled to ensure consistency and fitness progress. In the event of an emergency or sudden illness, the 24 hour advance notice is not
